A Psalm of David.
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me inn the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Greetings from St. John's United Methodist Church of Parsons, West Virginia. No matter what has brought you to our site we pray that the LORD will use anything that you may read or view to bring you closer to Him. Our wonderful Father in heaven has placed each of us here for a distinct purpose that, at times we may not understand but exists nonetheless. The ministries we participate in, the messages that we deliver, the songs that we sing and the fellowship that we share is for the glorification of our gracious God whom sent forth His only begotten Son to die for our transgressions. Jesus Christ; our savior is the Way the Truth and the Life, so long as we believe in Him and accept His sacrifice we shall be granted a place in His presence for eternity!
